Peggy Solic

Peggy Solic is Senior Editor at Rutgers University Press. She acquires in Higher Education, History of Education, and Genocide, Political Violence, and Human Rights. Eager to build on Rutgers University Press’ strengths in publishing books that examine race, gender, sexuality, economic and other structural inequalities, she is also particularly interested in projects that look at the climate crisis, labor, and the expanding role of student affairs in institutions of higher education. She came to Rutgers in 2022 from Syracuse University Press, where she acquired in Middle East Studies, Geography, Indigenous Studies, and New York History.
