Welcome to the Desk Copy Request Portal. Desk copies are meant for instructors who have already assigned a particular book for their class(es) and want a copy to use for instruction purproses. Instructors may request one desk copy for every 25 students enrolled (with a maximum of four copies per instructor). Desk copies are free of charge.
This portal is meant for instructors with mailing addresses within the U.S. If you are an instructor requesting a desk copy outside the U.S., please send and email to our desk-exam@rutgersuniversitypress.org with your name, address, and contact information and the title, author/editor, and ISBN you are interested in adopting.
While desk copies are meant for instructors who have already assigned a specific book for their classroom, exam copies are meant for instructors who want to examine a book for possible use in their classroom(s).
